Communication
I think Hayloft should improve their communication with customers. I had to make 2 phone calls regarding delivery because their emails either didn't arrive or weren't specific enough eg the 2nd one said there would be a delay but it didn't say how long that would be.

I imagine the plants were too long in transit because they all looked very sad. The customer service department are excellent and I believe will deal with the matter. However, I believe 2 out of 4 will die and the jury is out on the other two.

Not satisfactory
Plants arrived in reasonable state but, once unpacked and given water, only one plant looks healthy, one looks totally dead and the third partly dead with one green part which gives me hope it will survive.

I rarely buy plants from Hayloft…
I rarely buy plants from Hayloft because I find their pricing policy very off-putting. A lot of nurseries do the same thing - but their prices for single plants do not seem to be quite so extortionate as Hayloft's. Not everyone can afford to buy 5 plants - even at a considerably lower price per plant; nor has the space to use them.
These perennial wallflowers were advertised as small plants - they weren't wrong - they're about 1 inch tall!
They were in ok but not brilliant condition & I've planted them in pots to grow them on. I'm hoping they'll eventually make healthy plants.
The packaging was sturdy & it was helpful to know when they were arriving.

There was a hitch with the online order…
There was a hitch with the online order but a call to customer services soon put that right. Delivery was on time by ROYAL MAIL by a smiling young lady. Best service Ive had for quite a while. More companies should try it. It would save a lot of complaints for we poor customers!

The plants were awful quality
The plants were awful quality, the lamiums were slimy black messes. I emailed with photos, got no response. £17 for 3 unusable plants. Better off at a garden centre, at least you can see what you’re buying.
