Had my book delivered in 2 days

Well it arrived without issue, but then this 'review' thing arrived. Like the manual was well secured in the cardboard box, undamaged and such, but is there anything else you can write about a delivery?

Simple to use online purchase of owners manuals I need to assist with a couple of projects I have on the go at the same time

I have been trusting Haynes car manuals for at least 4 decades, but as for their now online version for my 2017 car, it's near useless. As soon as I realised this, I gave them 14 days to refund me the £28.00 or I will get Nationwide Visa Dispute who have been successful in the past started. A week has gone by without any kind of reply from them, so it looks like the Visa Dispute will get going in a week's time if they do not refund me the full £28.00 I have paid them.
UPDATE: Today 17/11/25 I received an email informed me that the £28.00 have been refunded, but it might take up to 10 days to go back into my account, which they did 3 days after this was last posted.

DO NOT purchase the digital copy. In the year 2025 it's truly unacceptable for a website to create such a glitch ridden unusable digital handbook. Kindle has been around for 2 decades and haynes learned NOTHING from it. I will never purchase another haynes product again.

Arrived quickly and covered my motorcycle. Mildly disappointed that it was softcover, but as I have not purchased a workshop manual fir years was inevitable I guess.
Liked the instant access to the electronic manual.

Purchased ‘electronic version and 2 weeks later .. after the printed version arrived… I still haven’t got access to the electronic manual

I've used Haynes Manuals for over 50 years. They're far superior to YouTube "experts."
Great range, quick delivery, and the digital version is super convenient in the workshop.

I've used haynes manuals for 20 years, their paper copies with full teardowns, pics and explanations were second to none. I recently purchased the new digital manual for a suzuki swift (simple, cheap car to strip and document) and found that 90% of the info contained is generic rubbish that is barely relevant to the specific vehicle - most guides had pics of the wrong vehicle and gearbox repairs, for example, are not documented at at all citing it as a "specialist repair". If i wanted someone else to work on my car i wouldn't have bought a manual, I'd have taken it to a garage...
And the best part is, rather than being around £20 like the full paper manuals used to be, they want £28 for a sparse, incomplete DIGITAL COPY!
I emailed haynes for a refund and got no reply. Luckily I purchased via PayPal and they refunded me immediately.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE DIGITAL COPIES
All info included is extremely basic, non model specific and a waste of time.
Like most things in the modern world, its just a low quality cash grab
