Source of clear, valuable info. It's a shame they don't offer PDFs, but I can understand why.

Speedy delivery.

The manual contains virtually no useful information. If it is there, it is too difficult to search for it.

Bought digital version for BMW 520d. Absolutely useless compared to the book. Online guides really basic. Online videos show different makes like vauxhall and ford within the BMW help guides. Sent three emails asking for refund. No reply, they just ignore you. Now having to raise credit card dispute.

Manual is absolutely useless. Details are scant and I’m better off using google than this hopeless manual

Ordered both Printed and online versions for my cars. The printed turned up in two days!! Has everything I needed to fix and service them. As usual, great publications.

Books great. Online PDF is terrible. The purpose of a PDF is to have digital access where ever I go on my tablet. Not be conned into a subscription that I need to set up an account to access my purchase. Absolute scam and if I knew that was the case I would have never bought the digital version. Having to create an account with all this bull shit terms and conditions dictions of use to access something I legally own, and only being able to do so connected to a network and can only access it online os bull shit. I wanted a downloadable PDF that, not a bloody subscription or account to your website. If I could get a refund I’d be chasing hard for one about now.

Bought the landrover 90 110 and defender diesel manual. Its crap. Cheap toilet paper, printed in very poor black ink, with dreadful photos that are such poor quality you cant tell what they are, and awful typeface thats hard to read. An utterly crap manual, unusable. The paper is literally toilet paper - the cover is cheap softback. Unusable, I sent it back after several attempts at getting a return label and then heard nothing. I'm still waiting for a refund. Service was abominable.

Always use Haynes manuals...The first one is brought was in England and that for my first car a 1964 Vauxhall viva SL90 it was top of the range for Viva....

Purchased the auto fix manual, thinking it was a normal Haynes manual for £28, absolute scam, its a generic guide to fixing any car with a few tech specs of the car you selected. Not like the step by step guides I am used to.
I would strongly suggest you avoid unless its the normal manual.

Easy purchase and the addition of the online manual together with the hard copy was great to start reading before the manual arrived.

Grandsons are very happy with their manuals.
