I think the problem is with FedEx. The box was left out and not under the porch. Therefore, the box got soaked. I’m letting the picture dry since it only had one layer of wrapping around it.

I notified the company about the problem. Their response was impeccable. It was timely and focused on customer support. The issue was handled toward customer satisfaction. This has made for a positive result and experience.
