Installed a door handle I didn’t need…

Installed a door handle I didn’t need for over £400 to cure a battery drain problem. Took it back when the battery drained. Was quoted £814 for parts to solve the problem but could not explain what the parts were actually for. Took the car to a real Volkswagen mechanic who fixed it for £122. I would not trust this lot with my wife’s shopping trolley.

excellent service

The salesman was helpful but not pushy and he gave us plenty of time to make our minds up. When we phoned up needing help with the infotainment system he immediately invited us in and talked us through it without making us feel embarrassed.

Fantastic Service

Brendon was very helpful and friendly. I'm not local to Doncaster and he made everything simple to complete the purchase and even picked me up from the train station on the day I came to collect the car.

Brilliant customer satisfaction.

On arrival Jane made me feel welcome and offered me a coffee. After a short introduction we took a look at my new car explaining the main features. We then set about the paperwork with each screen explained and any questions being answered. On completion my car was driven out of the showroom and Jane spent well over an hour explaining all the screens and functions. With the sat nav programmed and phone connected I was ready for the off but Jane offered coffee and biscuits for the journey. Jane went over and above to make sure I was ready for the drive home. Jane could not have done more. Many thanks.

I contacted Haylesden Doncaster on…

I contacted Haylesden Doncaster on 6/3/25 wishing to speak to service re my stop start battery. They were busy and left details for a call back. None received. I rang again on 7/3/25 again left details for a call back. No one contacted me. I emailed them explaining my dissatisfaction and got a reply from a Sarah Taylor stating that she had my response and would share it with team!
On 8/3/2025 I received an email from the Sales Manager stating that he would ensure I would be contacted am Monday 10/3/2025.
I’ve not received any communication and again on 11/3/2025 I’ve left a message and still waiting. This is the most appalling customer service

Ben Young the salesman was very knowledgeable and professional from my initial meeting with him, talking and explaining all the finance options and all add ons including the ceramic coating and service plan, to my final pickup of my car. He run through all the features of the car and phoned a few days later to make sure everything was running smoothly.

Excellent service

Great, actually excellent service. I found Hayselden Doncaster to be true to their word and totally trustworthy. Also, they followed up on a number of queries to help me come to grips with the tech in the car when they were under no obligation to help at all. A special mention to Adam Scott who was brilliant to deal with.

Professional and friendly

Daniella and Mark handled my car sale professionally, keeping me updated on what was happening. The whole process was smoothly handled online and I received quick responses to my questions. When picking up the car, I was given a comprehensive tour of the cockpit and my phone was linked seamlessly to the car

Upon entering the showroom we were…

Upon entering the showroom we were warmly greeted and allowed as much time as necessary to view and assess the new car we wished to purchase.
We were offered a fair price for our trade in vehicle and for the new vehicle there was a good choice of cars to look around. We asked for a test drive and the salesman happily provided it. The salesman who dealt with us was not pushy and answered all our questions
without hesitation. We purchased a new car at a competitive price, right colour, right spec, fair trade in and left the showroom happy that we had dealt with a trusted main dealer company.

Excellent service. easy to find. Friendly staff.. The skoda Kamiq was stunning, at a very comparative price. My local Norwich Branch could not match them in Price or experience .. would recommend this dealer ship
