Did my research looking for a quality…
Did my research looking for a quality battery lawnmower. Hayter is a renowned maker of mowers so having saved a bit of money I took the plunge of going straight for what people say is the best, rather than wasting money on something I may have been disappointed with.
Cut my lawn for the first time today with it. I'm more than satisfied. I'm reassured from just looking at lawn that I made the right choice. (and my wife agreed).

Great mower
Purchased to replace a mower damaged in flood water and proving to be easier to use than the petrol mower. Well packaged, arrived safely and very quickly. The box arrived while I was out and the delivery driver left it with a a next door neighbour. Excellent service well worth 5 stars.

Poor communication
1. The process requires improvement. I did not know when to expect delivery when I ordered. After a few days of uncertainty I received the despatch note. Later came another mail to track divery.
The box appeared to have been opened before it came to me ( I have photos). Delivery person said it had nothing to do them.
2. The original ad is misleading. It said there ia a free strimmer but there was none delivered. The Ad didn't make it clear when it would be delivered either.
The mover may be very good but the process is bad.

Battery did not last very long despite charging it as per instructions. Needed replacing in less than 2 years costing £200. Not happy 😒
