I don’t usually leave reviews, but this dress is actually really nice. The fit is comfortable around the waist and doesn’t dig in, which is a big plus for me. Wore them for a full day and didn’t feel the need to change.

Quality of material is poor, refunds don't exist (unless you want to pay for it to be shipped back and pay a restocking fee), but they will send an item in another style or size.

The sizing on the dress (Eliza Dress) ordered from Hazel the Label, was inaccurate, and the item did not fit at all. Despite this, the company refused to accept a return.
Very disappointing customer service and not what I would expect from a brand selling at this price point. Buyer beware!

Was very worried about this website being a scam but my dress came and its very legit! The dress I got is definitely a dupe of a very expensive dress so the quality and details is a little off but I don't really mind for the price I paid. The dress is still very sturdy and well done.
Shipping was accurate and came in the period I was told. Tracking was very easy and when I needed to reach out to customer service they were very quick and easy to communicate with. I think this brand is just definitely new and starting off so thats why a lot of aspects seem off or weird.

Scam! Ordered dress,it runs small and wanted to return. They offered to sent me new one for only $30 but I didn't want. I wanted a refund. They stopped responding even I sent all the photos and everything they requested by return policy! Scam scam scam!!!

Hazel the Label is a complete scam. They marked my order as “shipped,” but the tracking has never updated and shows zero movement. It’s been weeks and nothing has arrived. Customer service is useless and refuses to give a refund despite no proof the item was ever sent.

They don’t accept returns
The dresses were of terrible quality and the sizing was completely inconsistent. When the dresses arrived, the quality was so bad I decided to return it. They do not accept returns at all. They only offer you a 10% refund or 15% store credit. It is a scam. Jessica Miller, the customer service agent, is not remotely helpful throughout these processes.
