TNT sports unavailable on HBO!

I subscribed to hbo via amazon too watch fa cup on TNT sports. But it couldn't show the game on my device. So I've cancelled my subscription even though it said in my tv guide that TNT sports was included in hbo channel! Absolutely furious do not subscribe if you want to watch TNT sports!

Avoid These shysters

Cancelled HBO in late Feb as covered by Sky but they continue to take payments of £30.99pm. Trying to speak to someone is impossible - AI chat is useless. E mail appears to be the only way. So frustrating but i can see I am not alone. Money grabbing US company who presumably don't care

What a show THE PITT

I have to say something about the show THE PITT
The actors and the writers are excellent 👌🏾 once again HBO comes out with another winner 🏆.
Im hoping the series continues like the the rest of your list of classics.

I had HBO/Max or whatever they were…

I had HBO/Max or whatever they were calling it for a few years until about 6 months ago, and i found it to be the best of the streamers. Now I have cancer and no income so I paid for a full year up front to get the discount. Huge mistake. Can’t find a single show or movie that isn’t mind numbing trash. What happened?

Will be raising a grievance with ombudsman! Not haopy, signed up to a trial of hbo only to find I had accidentally signed up for a saver deal and was tied to 12 month contract realised on day 5 or 6 and stopped using services straight away contacted customer service via chat who accepted it was an honest mistake and advised me to cancel through my bank so I would no longer be charged, went to my bank who advised it had to be hbo cancelling, contacted customer service and a different operator basically advised I had no legal rights I had signed up for 12 months and was held accountable or would incur fees, not interested in whether I can afford it, had no regard for the screenshots from previous advisor advising I could cancel it's pressure tactics and have told all friends and family to AVOID they don't make it clear when you sign up for the trial and as soon as you have used services they expect you to remain in 12 month contract, haven't used the services since I realised my mistake and won't be letting this go will be escalating and would score less than 1 star if possible

Lying by omission

I am overall relatively satisfied/content with the service. The low rating comes from not being notified of upcoming renewal dates. As with anyone who has a Life, we don't actively track when the service is coming up for renewal. A simple heads up email would suffice. I mean... HBOMAX REGULARLY sends "garbage" emails to notify us upcoming series/movies and to let us know when something is leaving. Seems like lying by omission...

Absolutely disgusting Service

Absolutely disgusting I hate being ripped off they are charging nearly 31 quid a month for TNT sports constant buffering on picture endless adverts and next season no Champions League. I did think perhaps moving to HBO MAX it might be better but no I have found out it is the same company Warner brothers I have Just cancelled, and I advise others to do the same perhaps then they might improve this dreadful service

Migration disappearing subs - poor service

Migrated my TNT sports subs.

Magically my subs were cancelled. Only to be told you'll have to resubscribe.

Migration was a farce and a money grab from beginning to end.

I imagine now, to resubscribe I'll have to pay base subs......plus sports.

No thanks, don't like having my pants pulled down for extra money. If the streaming and product is a bad as the customer service rep then they won't be there long before UEFA, Gallagher Prem and Premier League football put their foot down for ruining their product.

Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service. Shows that have taken from sky to gain money dont even work properly! Having to report no subtitles on foreign speaking scenes, then you ask me to keep reporting then when I PAY for this is a pathetic joke! I'll go back to Disney they love customers. Vile service!!

Terrible service

Terrible service! I am supposed to get this through my Sky subscription and despite hours spent trying to access it, I have got nowhere. I feel it is a complete con - as is Sky itself these days. Zero value for money - a third world pirate streaming service would be more efficient and free.

Recently got this included for free…

Recently got this included for free with other services i use. What a waste of time, i pay nothing for their bottom teir and feel ripped off for the time wasted. Wanted to watch a 10 minute show to see what it was like and gave up after 5 minutes when i was only at ad 4 of 5... wont bother using this, recommend the high seas
