Most annoying app!!

I cannot enjoy watching anything when it freezes all the time and tells me im offline when i know im not..just about to unsubscribe.useless and a waste of money.

Trash streaming service

Trash streaming service. Freezing and stopping constantly. Internet is excellent and every other suggestions they give (all of them "blaming" my side for the problem) are basic and unhelpful. Everything on my side runs great, so it is obviously on their side. Guessing some unqualified DEI hire is running it. Terrible. Edit: flagged for "inappropriate language" on original, confirms that some pu$$y is in charge!

Difficult and Misleading

HBO got the rights to the first round of the college football playoffs. So I purchased the standard bundle that said it had sports. Then it wouldn’t play the game. I found out it’s because I got the bundle, not the normal standard and there was no way to upgrade or change it. Definitely won’t be using them in the future.

I reached out the customer support to…

I reached out the customer support to change display language but he guide me and guide me and didn’t manage to fix it and won’t let me speak with his manager and also he didn’t solve the issue and just closed the chat the agent name Vasilikis or similar. I said I want to refund my money he closed the chat and disconnected worst customer support ever use Netflix 100% better

The quality is unbearable

The quality is unbearable, canceling my service until I hear that this issue is fixed and I will not keep up if it is fixed so I probably will never buy again because I barely pay for monthly subscriptions. This is terrible and i dont understand how anyone could stand that.

Don't waste your money

I am incredibly disappointed in this streaming service. Firstly, I can't even watch anything on here without it constantly freezing (and no it isn't my internet because Netflix streams just fine on my tv). The other thing I have a MAJOR issue with is that they have ads in the middle of horror movies without any regard to the flow of the movie. I get that ads supplement the cost to provide the service, but when you completely miss the point, then why bother charging for it at all? There is a way to have ads respectfully and they are just missing the mark completely. It doesn't allow for any flow or any enjoyment of the movie, so why even watch it? There has to be a compromise here. Why can't they put the ads in the beginning and not ruin the movie? If Prime Video can do it, why can't HBO? If I can't even enjoy the movie, then I would rather just buy DVDs. HBO Max is a disaster of a streaming service because the thing HBO shows and movies are known for is the ability to draw you in and keep your attention and have you emotionally involved in whats happening on screen, and now we have some idiot businessmen making the decision to add even more disruption to the flow by throwing ads in randomly. We already get to pay to deal with their complete failure to have the servers to support subscribers actually streaming the shows. This sucks. I have spent the last 30 minutes watching 9 minutes of a movie because it wont stop freezing. I regret wasting my money on this crappy service, and there is no way that i would even consider getting this streaming service at the higher ad-free price because its a joke.

Hard to recommend

I subscribed to this service mainly to watch Welcome to Derry, and while the content itself is alright, the app is incredibly frustrating to use. It freezes frequently, ads are excessive even in paid mode, and if you rewind past a commercial, you have to sit through them all again.Customer support was polite but not very helpful in solving these ongoing issues. The selection is okay, but for the price and constant interruptions, it’s hard to recommend.

The ad frequency and repetition.

The ad frequency and repetition is borderline torturous, seemingly intended to make you pay for ad free. Ad free then incrementally becomes more expensive and in the ad free version you get black screen for a second where the ads would have been ruining the vibe of the show you are hoping to enjoy.
