The video call experience is very bad

The video call experience is very bad, even after configuring all the permissions well in advance it's not working. It gets more difficult on iOS devices, as they don't allow permissions for camera and mic. I recommend the team should either use something like zoom, google meet or any other dedicated platform for these calls or develop a working app for both iOS and Android.

Was able to book a physio with…

Was able to book a physio with experience in my type of injury. The support team was also able reschedule appointment the same day when the first physio was sick on the appointment day.

Speaking to ‘real people’ & them being…

Speaking to ‘a real person’ & them being patient to listen & the advise was top rate twice. Thank you. This is so important when you have an injury, in pain (not life threatening I must add).
Yep “Lucy” is not what I expected as I’m not tech savvy & was late joining 1st video call with professional Practitioner not called Lucy.
She did not give up/or hang up trying to contact me & finally the very important video call happened. I Thank you.
