Very Poor, in 4 years I called first time and I waited on for a video call and no one answered and after 10 mins later they called on my phone.

Everything was going well until I had an mri several days ago. I have heard nothing about the results or next steps and am left hanging with no one to talk to and still a lot of pain. Not a nice place to be.

Same day consultation with a physiotherapist who already knew what my symptoms were as I had completed questionnaire. She was able to diagnose my condition and give me exercises to help.

Got told everything was good to continue chiropractor, then got an email later stating I cannot get a chiropractic as I need to get a GP referral, even though I spoke to one of your guys which I would think is GP referral. It also states on your website no GP referral needed for chiropractic if you’re over 18. I have booked appointments which is expensive and I’m now no further forward.

The appointment was nearly 10 minutes late (for a 15 minute session). Only a very limited time (a few minutes) spent diagnosing the condition. I was told that I would be sent exercises to follow. Chased via phone support. Then booked next appointment which provided a link to them. This needed a code that I hadn't got. Way too complicated and superficial for a process that I hoped would fast-track the treatment.
