We have contacted you directly to explain that this was an error made by a new member of staff, but unfortunately, we have not received a reply from you. We have also advised that we have refunded the full VAT charge for you, not just the extra amount that was mistakenly added.

Looking to sell quantity of old 9ct gold jewellery for expectation of bullion value.Staff amiable and polite.but considering the business describes itself as a Gold Buyer the priced offered was derisory and far below the price per gram you might achieve selling online .In fact I was advised to do just that for a better price.Incidentally I walked quarter mile to the Banyers hotel where a London jewellers were holding a purchasing event and sold the same jewellery for another 350 pounds just ten minutes later..No hard feelings!
