As a healthcare professional I have attended a few workshops which are always well structured thoughtful, and helpful for those navigating the complexities of healthcare compliance.

HCPG were recommended to me by a colleague. I approached Sarah and Sandra for help with our company policies, however we have received so much more than expected. On a day to day basis we are faced with scenarios and questions from team members, around HCPC compliance. As we are a new company, we struggle to find the time to research these areas in depth. Sarah and Sandra provide timely and comprehensive answers to our compliance queries. As a result, our team feel supported and safe. They are clearly experts within their field and we are very grateful for their help.

I have been in private practice for over 15 years and thought it about time that I brushed up on my and my clinic's compliance. I must admit that I was surprised by a couple of things that came up that I thought I 'knew' but clearly didn't. I will now implement these changes which will make me, my associate, and the clinic meet the HCPC compliance standards.

If we are to continue to be leading professionals in the healthcare industry that peers and patients trust and find effective, it is paramount that we adhere to professional governance guidelines and keep abreast of changes.

I have just attended the 3 hour private practice session. There were some really important topics discussed and a nice pace with lots of things to go away and think about. I would recommend this to anyone in private practice to help review and refresh currently procedures.

I joined the 3 hour compliance course and it was great. I now know what I need to do and can start tackling it. It is also comforting to know that Sarah and Sandra are a phone call away for help.
Fully recommend this for every practice owner.

I did the 3 hour "Setting up in private Practice - Compliance" course and it was excellent. I'll be honest I was thinking 3 hours on compliance, I will be asleep, but Sandra and Sarah managed to make it informative and enjoyable. I also thought I might come away scared and have a meltdown over what is required. But the calm manner of Sandra and Sarah had me feeling focused on taking a logical approach to improving the behind-the-scenes aspects of my clinic. I am so pleased I found out about the HCPG website in a Facebook group and signed-up for the course. My only regret is that I did not do it last year when setting-up my clinic. The private practice guides and information provided by the CSP and Physio First really only scratch the surface of the requirements. I therefore strongly recommend any clinic owner, no matter how large or small the clinic or how long you've been in business, to do the course and checkout the HCPG website.

We worked with Sarah and Sandra of HCPG during 2020 and 2021 specifically to get in place suitable policies and standards for our business. It was a lengthy process (hampered by Covid!) but we made it, and it has given us confidence to know that we have properly worked through all the main governance challenges in our business. We are happy to continue to be supported by their knowledge and expertise.

We enganged Sandra and Sarah last year to help us address our current level of compliance and to ensure we are meeting clinical standards. The intial audit provided us with a clear pathway to help develop our goals and strategy. Training sessions and regular meetings enabled us to stay on track and also educate ourselves and our staff. Overall an excellent experience and although we have made many changes over the last 1 year, as a company we can see the benefits of this and will continue to do our best to maintain these standards. Great team to work with, extremely knowledgeable. Thank you once again.

It has been a real pleasure to work with Sandra and Sarah. Not only have they helped us to get our practice compliant, they have gotten us there in a patient and encouraging way. They made suggestions that would work just the right way in our practice and within our team, making the process achievable alongside our busy clinic schedules. This made the journey enjoyable and our final audit with a 97% score was a great achievement for everyone. It enhanced our teamwork towards compliance and really lifted the spirit in the practice. Initially it looked like a big mountain to climb, but it was definitely worth it.

I have just started working with Sarah and Sandra at HCPG and the support and advice I have received so far has been invaluable. They have made the process of becoming HCPC compliant more transparent and I have a much better understanding of all the policies I have put in place so far through their comprehensive templates and telephone support.

I highly recommend Sandra and Sarah's services to all small clinics owners. Even larger clinic owners, in order to make sure everything is in check. This is the stuff you don't learn at uni or on the job, unless you have been trained as manager. As someone who is fairly new to running a clinic, I didn't have a clue when it came to policies and I was putting myself at risk. Their services invaluable to anyone in a similar position to myself.

At Surrey Physio Group, we employ over 100 staff so compliance and clinical governance are very important. We've worked with HCPG a few times - Sarah and Sandra are absolutely excellent. We want to be compliant as a growing organisation, and we need their expert help to assist us. Well worth it. Just do it.

I am a private physiotherapist who decided to start my own business just under a year ago now. I was confident in my clinical skills but needed assistance with the business side, which involved writing my policies and procedures. I was recommended HCPG by another physiotherapist and I have found them fantastic to work with. I work by myself and they have provided me with the confidence that my business is following the correct procedures. The calls they provide allow you to fully understand what is needed for each policy and they are there to answer any questions.
My business is definitely benefitting from their input and I continue to work with them still. I would definitely recommend them to other therapists.

HCPG have really helped me tackle my compliance. It's such a big topic and it felt overwhelming until I had their help. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional but with a friendly and approachable manner.

I recently attended a peer review session organised by HCPG, the team were friendly and professional and explained what the requirements were from a governance perspective, referencing the standards we were meeting in the CSP and HCPC. I enjoyed the session and am now happier with the process, it has helped me gain confidence and something I will be taking forward in my practice. The forms were helpful and the organisers, assisted us setting boundaries, timing and reflecting at the end of our course.
I have also attended other courses and they have been truly excellent, the templates and sessions have been money well spent. Thank you
