Avoid at all costs !.
Avoid , avoid , avoid !!. I was bombarded by calls/ emails, asking me to upload ID ( I did not, nor did I sign anything !).I emailed to say I did not want them to represent me and to remove my data and have now received emails to say I owe cancellation fees for the work they have done on my behalf. What work ?!. Now filing a complaint with Ombudsman and contacting Martin Lewis team. Watch out!

Our process requires customers to actively complete an online application, agree to our terms, and provide consent before we are authorised to act on their behalf. This includes applying an electronic signature and submitting the claim. We do not open or progress claims without this user-led authorisation.
Following submission, we may contact customers to request identification where required by lenders or to progress the claim. This is a standard part of the process and does not occur in isolation from prior consent.
If a request is made to cancel after a claim has already been submitted and work has begun (such as contacting lenders or preparing claims), this may fall within our agreed terms regarding cancellation fees, which are clearly outlined during the sign-up process.
We do not engage in unsolicited claim creation, and we strongly dispute any suggestion that we act without customer consent.
That said, we take complaints seriously and are happy to review any concerns in detail. Please contact us directly so we can investigate your case fully and resolve this appropriately.
