I ordered a case for my IPhone 13, but received one for iPhone 11. And when they brought up the actual order it said iPhone 12. And they refuse to allow exchange. DO NOT do business with this company!

This company terrible. I purchased a phone case, it was the wrong case. I sent it back and only got a partial refund. I paid shipping twice for this item the first time $5.00 when it was sent to me, and the second $13.48 to send it back. I only asked for the $5.00 to be refunded and they would not even do that. Online the website is HDAccesory.com. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND WARN EVERYBODY I CAN TO STAY AWAY. THEY SUCK. Now they are gonna resale that and some body else is going to pay shipping on it. Thats 3 shipping costs on one item. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS

I ordered an Iphone case SE 2 and got a piece of junk that said it was an Iphone 7 case. HD insisted that this case would fit. It didn't. On top of that, they sent the case with the front cover missing, the package was open and it was dirty.
According to their convoluted demands for returns, I can't even send it back because it is already damaged and they won't allow that.
They want the customer to pay to return it and they are unmovable in their determination to make their process as difficult as possible.
I will never buy from them again.
I would give them zero stars, if I could.
DO NOT waste your money on this "junk" site!

Ordered 3 phone cases, came very fast and theyre super cute for $3 a piece. Would definitely order here again!

Description of items wrong. What they sent is junk and not made for my phone when it says it is. If I return items it's at my expense and a 20% restocking fee plus money won't be refunded for 30 days. They have so many complaints I can't believe it. Plus complaints with the BBB. Don't ever order from them. Filing a complaint with the FTC.

I would like to say I tell it like it is with no bovine scatology to enhance my humble review.
I was in need of a new phone case with protective screen saver for my new mobile phone and seeing sence phone providers carry limited to no such items I needed to resort to online purchase. Not thrilled with this route I began a search through Google controlled sites. Frustrated I happened upon hdaccessory.com with the best prices for the item I felt would adequately fit my need and they accepted PayPal for payment. Ordering was very easy, confirmation of sale was almost immediately forthcoming. The next day I received shipping confirmation and tracking information. 3 days from ordering the parcel arrived at my postal box. Package was well protected and was as described in advertisement. My own dealing with hdaccessory I would rate as 5 GOLD STARS and TWO THUMBS UP. It was my pleasure to do business with these people and their website and will first look to them for any future mobile phone needs.
