Absolute rip off. Junk !! They sent me three when I asked for one and charged me nearly £120.00. When I eventually got back to them I was told I would have to pay package to return to come address before getting my money back. I bought online so can chargeback on card. It is a COMPLETE SCAM like most of those ads - who have exact same script with 50% reduction and more some times. AVOID LIKE PLAGUE now matter how good it sounds. You waste your money !!!

NEVER sign up for the trial! HD Austria is basically a fraud company. They lure you into 3 month free trial, but then there is at least 1 year mandatory contract if you don't cancel before trial ends. And although they mention this with 2 pt font somewhere at the bottom of the page, it is not properly communicated at all.

Now you may say OK I'm gonna cancel it before trial expires, but then you'll find out that cancellation is not possible online; you have to either call them or send a letter!!!! Basically they want to make cancellation difficult so you fall into 1 year trap, this is how they make money. How come sign up is so easy online but then they can't make a simple "Cancel Trial" button!? I can't understand how this fraud is even possible in EU. Where is customer's right? Such malpractice must be banned.

All this happened to me unfortunately. When I send cancellation letter after trial period and refused to pay for the mandatory contract they threatened to hand over the case to debt collector (inkassobüro).
