Delivery was very quick
Delivery was very quick. Bed is beautiful. The instructions were not very clear I messaged then and they got back to me very quickly with a simple YouTube video on how to do the gas lift. Communication excellent

Absolutely in LOVE with my new bed...
Absolutely in LOVE with my new bed frame, I genuinely did not expect the quality to be as good as it is! I spend a total of £566 (which included assembly) and it was worth every penny. I did not need a new mattress, however the one I already had fitted perfectly.
When I first placed my order I was away on holiday and needed to change my delivery date, I contacted the customer care team and within minutes they gave me two new dates to choose from without any fuss or hassle.
I have told all my friends and family about my new bed as well as uploading videos to my social media. I will 100% purchase from HDBeds again.
I purchased their "BUMPER PANEL BED WITH 65" HIGH HEADBOARD" double bed frame - plush cream.

Company is reliable, bed not so much
Company is reliable. Order went through OK, text received to confirm and delivered exactly when they said it would be.
So obviously the bed was dirt cheap (we paid £360 for a king) in comparison to well known brands. It was super simple to put together without instructions (of which there were none!).
We used our existing mattress which is a dream (pun intended), however as soon as we got this frame I was waking up with terrible back ache every single day and could barely roll out of bed.
The studs around the sides of the frame look really janky. It looks like a single panel of studs which are then bent (badly) to fit the shape of the bed. The panels which the mattress sits on doesn't fully cover so there's a gap under the mattress. The material looks and feels cheap.
Would I buy from HD beds again? No. But, if you need a cheap bedframe and quickly, HD beds are reliable in that sense.
I can deal with the fact it looks a bit cheap (because it was!), but I can't deal with the backache. I wish we'd never bought it and had saved for a better quality frame. Ce'st la vie!
