I see HDEW are currently addressing the immediate thoughts of 99% of potential buyers in their advertising - "That price can't be right!!"

It's a canny marketing approach, because that's exactly what I thought too, but as I and many others have found out, you can believe the hype.

I've bought from here a couple of times now, but my most recent experience went above and beyond. I used an email discount code I'd been sent, but on checking out I realised I'd failed to notice a great big banner on the home page with a bigger discount. I emailed HDEW pleading my stupidity and they refunded me the extra discount amount. Now THAT is what you want your customer service to look like.

Delivery of my most recent lens was exactly 7 days from ordering and, keep this quiet, but despite not official being recognised for UK cashback promo's, I tried my my luck with the manufacturer anyway and even got the cashback. This brought the eventual price down to less than 1/3 of the UK RRP for the lens. Gotta be in it to win it, right?

Had a question to ask about the camera I wanted to purchase, made phone call to Hdew and spoke to a helpful young lady who answered my question.
Purchased the camera at a very competitive price, it was dispatched promptly and well packaged. Hdew are an excellent company to do business with, this is the second time I’ve used them and will be using their services again in the near future.

First time purchasing after finding a very competitive price for new IPad.
Did some research and feeling satisfied they could be trusted with online purchasing.
As others reviews have identified it comes with a USA charging plug along with UK comparable one. I’m not sure why people are concerned about that, it’s a genuine Apple IPad.
Delivery was fantastic, day of ordering I rang to check when to expect it, assured me was in stock and would post for delivery the next day.
The pricing was excellent and it’s good to support small businesses. Highly recommend.
