After weeks of waiting Item didn’t arrive, seller claimed that courier had damaged it and sent it back ? I had to contact the seller to get this information. I was then told it would take 3 weeks for a replacement. Although I was refunded I’m not impressed at all.

Extremely quick delivery!
Extremely quick delivery. I was quoted the end of June and my 2ds came mid May which was amazing! Perfect product and no issues whatsoever! I also ordered a case whuch arrived very quickly as well. Will definitely use Hdewextra again!

Scammer beware!
Used OnBuy to purchase something from them. Before I'd ever received the package my status on royal mail changed to delivered. The person running their account pretends to be helpful and they've managed to fool PayPal into thinking the package was delivered with a simple image. You will not get a refund from PayPal buyer protection so don't even take the risk.

Don't trust them
I bought a Macbook from them. Easily my biggest investment that hasn't 4 wheels or a front door. Now it's gone wrong and they don't seem to want to know or help. The reviews suggest otherwise but my experience is don't trust them!

Been looking at getting a Walkstool but they are expensive. Hdewextra had them much cheaper than anyone else and the online ordering and delivery was a dodder. Very pleased with the product and service.
