Loved the product. Excellent customer service. Affordable and timely delivery.

It will look great for my daughter’s wedding. I’m still a bit disappointed that I had to pay for the shipping of $55.00. That price seems a bit much for the size of box that it came in.

Product is faulty. The neon sign flickers and the extra remote control I order was not delivered. 3 videos sent to seller still not sorted or replaced. They refuse to replace item or allow me to return. Do not trust them.

I plugged it in before wrapping it and everything worked perfectly and it looked great. Im excited for my daughter to see it, she loves lights. Shipping was terrific considering it came from China, it arrived in less than a week after I ordered it via FedEx Air International.

Looks fantastic and fast turnaround time. Now that it's hanging on the wall I wish I had chosen a different font but that's on me and has nothing to do with the product or the company. I may just have to order a new one.

Didn’t know what to expect being this was my first neon sign, but gave it a shot and I am super happy with the results the sign came in super fast the quality is awesome and the sign has three brightness levels which was nice. The only thing left to do is see how the battery box works and how long the batteries last. Thank you will buy again
