I wanted to share my experience with HDM Solar. I purchased some roof hooks and hook stops for some additional panels. Unfortunately due to my roof installation we were unable to complete the job but HDM Solar made the return very easy with a full refund. Each contact I had with HDM staff, both via email and face to face (when picking up the order from their warehouse) were helpful, friendly and clearly customer focussed. Whoever runs this organisation ensures they have recruited and trained great people. Highly recommend this organisation.

Best price I could find and great service at HDMsolar. Soon after ordering on-line a SunSynk 10kW 3ph Hybrid inverter on a Sunday afternoon, where I had selected a self pick-up option, I was contacted to tell me about their brand new Unit 40 Kingfisher Lane, Dinnington S25 3AF outlet, just off the M1 near Sheffield, which was a much shorter journey from where I live. It was a seamless procedure picking up with very helpful staff ready for me to collect.

The team at HDM Solar could not have been more helpful with advice and support. They were able to source all of my preferred products for my system which included 15 high output panels, 2 batteries, a hybrid inverter, an energy diverter for hot water heating and mounting rails for my standing seam garage roof and deliver them on time. I would highly recommend this supplier!

Ordering experience was very easy. Product was packaged well and works exactly as we'd like. Delivery was quicker than predicted but was a little expensive which was why we've given 4 stars rather than 5.

I ordered a Renusol mounting system for my solar panels , But I inadvertently ordered 1 product wrong, Instead of just sending my order as most companies would do, HDM contacted me and advised me I had chosen the wrong product, and replaced it with the right one. And I received the goods the next day, Faultless service from HDM Solar, I would Highly recommend them best customer service I have ever had, I would Highly recommend this company

You only sent part of the order (the battery) via DPD. I had to remind you to send the other part (the brackets) without which the battery could not be connected.
Then DPD failed to deliver it on the date they said -poor service from both the carrier and yourselves.

The response was excellent. Some parts were lost by the courier, but HDM chased them through and they were located again. HDM offered to replace the parts if they could not be found.
