Tim is brilliant at what he does. His knowledge of cruising especially and MSC is the reason we book with him. We’ve found communicating with MSC difficult - Tim takes the stress of that out. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

Tim has once again gone above and beyond in helping me every step of the way to book a once in a lifetime holiday to Canada/alaska, he has been available every time I had a question and has worked to get the best deal including the gold leaf service on the rocky mountain train, thank you once again, I would highly recommend and wouldn't dream of booking with anyone else.

We have recently booked 3 different holidays with Sharon and went on our first. Sharon was super helpful and supportive with bookings and went through options and different costs which was needed since hadn't been on holiday for a few years so had no clue where to start!
Sharon was super attentive and checked in during the run up to going away to ensure had received everything we needed and also was able to give us some recommendations of what do/see.
The flights were smooth and the hotel was absolutely lovely, really central to everything we needed too.
I would definitely recommend following the Facebook pages for live deals and packages if you are looking for inspiration, I found the whole process stress free and great.

Above & Beyond! What a brilliant, slick and professional service we received from Tim. He came to the rescue when we had to change our travel plans last minute. I did my first booking with Tim in 2020 and haven’t booked with anyone else since. I mostly book MSC cruises, although I have also booked Sun holidays and city breaks. His expertise is second to none, and Tim always posts me hard copies of my paperwork as I like to have that back up with me when I travel. Tim always offers me very competitive prices and I would have no hesitation in recommending Heacham Travel to anyone looking for that personal service. I have two holidays booked for September 2025 a 7 night cruise on MSC Virtuosa in the yacht club and a 4 night break to the five star villa Venezia in Benidorm, on both holidays I had specific requirements including flights times, private transfers and Tim arranged everything for me, providing a stress free service.
