Katie was so helpful

Katie was so helpful. With the new system you now use, everything was double or more. She made some great suggestions to help. It didn’t lower it much, but it was better than nothing.

Do not ever send a policy holder a bill…

Do not ever send a policy holder a bill without clearly stating on that bill what the additional charges are for an already paid in full policy.
Then to call and have a representative not clearly explain, nor did she stop talking when I ask her to.

The Heacock representative

The Heacock representative, Amanda, was not only helpful but educational. She explained the new (to me) state insurance laws. We were able to get both my classics insured and custom-tailored the coverage to my needs.

great customer sales and service

great customer service! shout out to Jill (ph# ending in 2573) don't have her last name. she was extremely helpful in explaining what had happened to cause me to lose my insurance(american modern property and casualty insurance co. had stopped writing my kind of insurance in florida)

great sales rep. shout out to Michael Bryant, very professional and knowledgeable and very patience.

i have been a customer for over 20 years and will continue to be so as long as i have the car.

Better pricing and coverage than most…

Better pricing and coverage than most collector insurance companies. Especially for multiple vehicles. The only issue was the underwriters don't always recognize the market value of more unique models with rare trim levels and options, etc.
