Odd experience
Odd experience. I purchased a bat and used shopify for the payment. Received an email from their customer service that I needed to provide 4 digits from the billing transaction description. Explained shopify had not yet billed my card and the description on shopify did not match what they were looking for. The response I got was essentially that I would need to figure it out or they would need to refund me. The refund was quick at least.

I placed my order and immediately received notice of its receipt. Almost immediately thereafter I received an email with shipping information. I received my order in the time frame stated. I was very happy with the quality of the product and the entire process. I highly recommend this company.

While we do not require a signature on every order, we may do so for certain deliveries; including in your case, apartment complexes, to help ensure the package is delivered safely to the correct customer.
