Incorrect item received

Incorrect item received. Order Number 14113

Ordered replacement Bose Earpad QC replacement in Midnight Blue.

What I received was a set of poor quality, mis shapen white unbranded Earpads. Not even the correct colour or brand....

I have attempted to email their support but no reply or acknowledgement yet, requested a full refund.

Top notch products and customer service

The website has a great selection of products that replicate well-known brands, but at the fraction of the price. A snaferro during ordering meant I ordered a case and inserts for the wrong make of Bose headphones . I sent an email to Dan in customer services, and he helpfully said this isn't a problem, and sent replacements without question, as well as a return label to return the original order. The product is great - it feels like I have a new set of headphones, and Dan provided exemplary customer service throughout. Other companies take a leaf about of The Headsut Hut, this is what you should be doing!

Great service - I hope they pay tax!

4 March - order placed and confirmed.
5 March - despatch notification.
6 March - Royal Mail confirmed despatch and delivery date.
7 March - received (small) package.
Half hour later - new pads installed. Headphones looking tidier than they have for years.

I was concerned that they might be noticeably crap quality, might be difficult to install, or might take forever to arrive.

They feel decent to me (my old pads have been a mess for months - I can’t remember what they were like originally), were easy to install, and arrived in 3 days.

There are lower prices quoted on other sites. I chose this one because it has an identifiable registered address in London, a named director / shareholder, and decent reviews mentioning good customer service from ‘Dan’.

I just hope Dan - Daniel Steven Brown according to Companies House - pays tax, unlike Amazon etc.

Excellent quality and prompt delivery and query responses

Very prompt and quick delivery. The item was exactly what was needed and matched exactly, despite me thinking there was an issue with the cap. It turned out a tiny piece of broken plastic from my old cap was blocking the switch (seriously had to get a digital microscope out to see!!) Got in touch with Dan who responded quickly to potential issues and helped troubleshoot. Was very gracious when I told him it was an issue on my end and not theirs.

The part looks exactly like it should and fits well (with obstructions removed 😆)

Great product and excellent customer service

I ordered new headphone pads and the order was processed and delivered very quickly. However, I found we had been sent the wrong ones, so contacted Dan at Headset Hut by email - how he (swiftly) handled the contact and resolved the problem was exemplary. I soon had the correct pads, with the originals in the post back to Headset Hut (pre-paid). The new pads attached easily and are more comfortable than the originals.

The resolution process itself was a joy, with swift, friendly and helpful responses from Dan. Some years ago, I was a Customer Focus Manager for Virgin Megastores, a company that (at that time) went to great lengths, and expense, to train and put in place processes that were truly customer focused and effective. As a consequence I have a pretty rounded appreciation of what constitutes good service and what it takes to achieve it - I believe a company can only be fully appraised after experiencing their complaint/issue resolution process. Dan and Headset Hut definitely ticked all my boxes, as their process left me feeling valued and heard. Combined with the quality and value of the product, I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

A truly excellent service and product…

In every way, a truly excellent service and product. Particular thanks to Dan for sorting out an ordering problem caused by me! Dan swiftly dealt with the issue and put me right on the product needed. Communication was clear and friendly and everything dealt with in very good time. I could not recommend this company more. Terrible knockoff ear pad replacement…

Terrible knockoff ear pad replacement for AKG N700NC M2. They most likely buy them cheap from Aliexpress or Temu, and resell it for much more. The hinges are identical to the one i ordered the first time from Aliexpress and they are too small, hence why they don't fit. The earpads' construction feels the same as the Aliexpress one as well. Terrible, and disgusting.

Delivery is a bit slow, but otherwise great shop

My shift key for my keyboard was broken and no one seems to have replacements, including Logitech themselves. Luckily I stumbled upon Headsethut. With no reviews on here and no one really talking about the site, I wasn't sure if it was genuine or not, but I figure since it was such a (reasonably) low price, I'd give it a try and just accept the loss if it didn't come and write a review here, if it did.

Nothing ever appeared at RoyalMail for the tracking number I got, but after 11 days, my local postal service had updates on it and I finally got it after 14 days. The key is like original one and fits and works perfectly :D
