I was having sensation in my hands, tingling and sensation in my half body esp on left side, I even got goosebumps and why is it so that every time I go into deep meditation my neck start paining or become stiff

I have attended Nishanth's Lion gates meditation yesterday. The experience is awesome. In the beginning before meditation starts I had a experienced fear in my stomach.
