Not a scam, in my opinion
I ordered a number of tuning forks on April 1. I'm new to using them, but chose this company because they stressed the quality of their product. All of the forks, as well as included "freebies", came today (April 24). Although there was not a great deal of communication, I was sent a tracking number around mid-month.
The forks are all in excellent condition. I look forward to using them.
One of the free items was a tongue drum, and I have to say that it's a wonderful thing. The sounds it makes are beautiful. And it's larger than I expected. I will definitely enjoy playing this drum.
It's been debated that this website may be a scam. It is not. I do think that they could improve their communication, including saying upfront on their website that their product could take several weeks to get to you. Excellence often does take some time, and it seems this product is made to order.
At any rate, I am very pleased with all I've received, and will probably order again.

Do not purchase from this company
Do not purchase from this company. I have been emailing with zero response for weeks now. It took 6 weeks for them to ship, they failed to send a complete order and what they did send was broken.
Now they refuse to respond to multiple emails with pictures for refund. This company is straight up fraudulent and does not care about customer satisfaction, retention, quality of products or service.

I was truly impressed with my first purchase.
I was truly impressed with my first order of tuning forks. I was dealing with some back pain, so I decided to give them a try, and I was amazed at how quickly the pain went away.
Needless to say, I’ve ordered several more since that first purchase. I also can’t complain about the shipping time, because I believe the company is taking the time to ensure customers receive a quality product.
I’m sure I’ll be ordering more in the future — they’re kind of addicting 🥴.

Singing bowl set never arrived-no customer service
I ordered a singing bowl set about a month ago. The item was shipped over two weeks ago, but the tracking number has not been updated since then. I have sent four emails and received the same automated response every time. The phone number goes to nowhere. I will be reporting this to my bank and asking for a cancellation of my order.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating the shipping delay and product concerns have been.
We’d like to clarify that our team has already reached out to you via email to assist further. To better understand the issue you’re experiencing with the tuning forks, we kindly asked if you could provide a short video of you playing the tuning fork(s). This will allow our product team to properly assess the sound, vibration, and quality concerns you mentioned.
We’d also like to share that our tuning forks are made to order to help ensure accuracy, sound quality, and proper tuning. Because of this careful process, there can occasionally be a slight delay in shipping, especially during high-volume periods. While this does not remove the inconvenience you experienced, we hope it provides helpful context.
Regarding shipping, we sincerely apologize for the extended transit time and the lack of clarity you felt during the delivery updates. Your feedback helps us improve our communication.
As for your request to return the items, once we receive and review the video, we will be happy to guide you through the return process and discuss the appropriate next steps.
We are a legitimate company and we stand behind our products. Our goal is always to resolve concerns fairly and professionally, and we truly hope to have the opportunity to make this right for you.

Only Received Free Gifts - Not The Products I Purchased!!
**Update 1/18/26…Received two emails from healing sounds. One email stated that they were shipped in multiple packages but they show they were delivered and asked me to look around my house and yard. (Only 1 tracking number was provided and my video and pictures show only (1) package was received. Then I received another email stating that they are in multiple shipments and on their way. However they did not provide me with any tracking numbers. I have replied to their email with several pictures of the label and unboxing I will keep this post updated if I can and will amend the review if they actually send me when I ordered. We shall see.
I’m extremely upset. I purchased several tuning fork sets just shy of $1000.00 and ONLY received the free gifts but not the product I ordered. Order shows all product was delivered. However, I have a video of the delivery of the one package that was received.. as well as pictures of the package when I opened it and the contents. I sent an email to the company. I also tried to call however, the phone number would not go through. I’ve been waiting for these products for my business and sadly I’m out money and no product delaying my business further. I feel I got scammed. Please do not use this company.

We would like to clarify that we have already contacted you directly via email regarding your order. Your purchase was shipped in multiple packages because the tuning fork sets could not safely fit into a single parcel. The package you received contained the free gifts, while the main products were shipped separately and are on their way.
We want to assure you that Healing Sounds is a legitimate business and not a scam. We have shipping records that confirm your order was sent in multiple shipments, and we are actively working with you to ensure the remaining packages are successfully delivered as soon as possible.
We kindly ask you to continue communicating with us via email so we can resolve this promptly and provide any tracking updates you may need. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to making this right.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
