Oh boy, these tablets are really the best I've taken. I was miserable for the last 6 months, with horrible menopause symptoms. Hot flushes, night sweats driving me round the bend. Very low mood and no energy what so ever, couldn't be bothered to do anything. Then these little gems came into my life and Wow, what a difference they have made. I'm on the start of my second month, most symptoms have gone apart from flushes but they have reduced so waiting a little longer.

I’m 47 years old and still premenopausal. My symptoms nave been horrendous. Sweats, nightmares, insomnia and my brain fog gets so bad I forget peoples names. Sometimes I get so down that getting out my bed is impossible just now. I have been on the sleep her health that do seem to make a difference. I have been taking the premenopausal supplements for a week and my flushes seem to be gone 👍

Love Health and Her. Been taking the Perimenopause supplements for a while and they have eased my mood swings considerably and I feel better. The free telephone nutrition consultation was a huge help too and helped me to better understand the reasons for the weight gain as well as how to try and combat it.

Misleading order options. I ordered via the European site as I live in France but still had to pay custom charges as delivered from the UK. Why have the different site options. Won’t be using them again.

For women out there that are struggling with perimenopause, Menopause and Hormone imbalance this is the right place to be. I paid £135 for a FaceTime appointment with Dr Tomlinson, who is one of the menopausal specialists. I can not recommend this service enough. I’ve struggled with Perimenopause for 7 months and was taking HRT, but still wasn’t feeling my normal self. Dr Tomlinson was so informative, professional and thorough. I feel better just been understood and reassured theirs a light at the end of the tunnel. Best £135 I’ve ever spent.

Package arrived very quickly from ordering.
Called Sleep+. I sleep very poorly due to both menopause and histamine intolerance. I took these for 2 nights and I could not get to sleep at all. There must be an ingredient in them that is unsuitable for someone following a low histamine diet. I blame myself not the company, I wasn't careful enough in really checking and researching the ingredients.
Hence, one star. It didn't work for me and I had 2 nights of very little sleep.
