So in May this year I decided to start doing some exercise to try lose some extra kg's around my mid section. I can tell you now that at 52 years old it's really hard. I had no energy, everything hurts and my legs felt like lead. I also decided to clean up my diet, because a bad diets equals bad energy. I then also decided to get some good vitamin supplements as part of the new diet. I searched around and found Andropause 40. Maybe my testosterone is a bit low, so I started
taking this in June. I also started taking meal replacement shakes once a day. 6 July I decided to test my total testosterone, which was 14. So I carried on with the exercise and supplements. Today 15 October, I got results back for my second test, showing total testosterone at 16.4. I must have done something right. In my opinion it's probably a combination of all the above, but I also believe that Andropause 40 have played a big part in this result. This was obviously not a proper controlled scientific test, it's just my experience and opinion. The bottom line is that today I enjoy my exercise, I've shed the excess weight and feel amazing (yes, some things still hurt, cant get away from that). There's no easy way to do it and taking a pill alone while watching America's Got Talent and eating cheesecake isn't going to give you the results you want. I'll be continuing with my exercise, good diet and Andopause 40. Thanks for a great product!

After trying Health & Him supplements for a couple of months I was frustrated that my body had started to metabolise the vitamins differently and the benefits had reduced. I arranged a call with one of their nutritional advisors and it was incredibly useful. Far more useful than a visit to the GP. The advisor suggested lifestyle changes, additional tests I could do and some other supplements I could try. I would happily recommend.

Been taking the 55+ tablets for nearly 2 months now and haven't noticed any difference in energy levels at all. I'll use the 3 months supply up but if there's no change I'll be looking elsewhere.

I swapped over to Health & Him from a major multivitamin brand about a month ago. I’m definitely feeling healthier than I was previously. I’m much happier with both my sleep quality and sleep pattern. I’ve made no other changes apart from taking Health & Him. I’ll definitely continue to take the Andropause 40+ supplement.

My husband has been taking these for 4 weeks now and his energy levels have massively improved. It’s still early days but so refreshing to see a supplement for men at this age. We’re in it together!

I have been using Andropause 55 for a good few weeks now.
I don't know if it's coincidence or whether they are actually working, but I feel more energetic, healthier and I haven't even needed my inhaler for a couple of weeks, which I needed 3 to 4 times a day. So if this is from the tablets then brilliant.

It's early days, but it does seem to be improving my energy levels. Their help team is really great and engaging.

Loving the andropause support from Health&Him.

I ordered the andropause 40+ and nighttime tablets.
The night time tablets help me sleep however i feel groggy and awful the next day! I also have a feeling of dread and anxiousness. Not sure if its from the andropause but doubt I will order these again. They have someone calling to give me free advice but no doubt will try amd say its something else giving me the side effects, however didnt take any tablets today and felt grand!

I feel younger, stronger and more confident. Andropause 55 truly works!
