Steer well clear of this company…
I was cold called by this company saying they were offering my business a directory listing where NHS workers could get discounted services. It sounded a good ethical product and they said NHS workers would look on their website magazine for these services. They said they were closing the deadline that day for listings. I should have smelt a rat then! £95 later I was told I had a listing, was sent a link that didn’t work to see it listed. I found their website and it doesn’t look very professional. When I researched online there were loads of these discount companies listed on NHS websites and Trusts for their employees to find discounted products and services but this company was not listed on any of them. I felt pressured to purchase space on their website/magazine that no one seems to look at. When I complained they obfuscated and refused to refund and when I did get an email from them it had their magazine link on it. I clicked on it and up came their magazine with no sign of the advert I paid for which would have a years slot. When I challenged them in an email they asked for my bank account to refund me. No apology or explanation. I think there are other more reputable directory listings that help NHS workers access discounted products and services. Steer clear of these cowboys!
