Excellent care and support during my ADHD titration

I wanted to leave a review to recognise Dr Balu, Iqra and Zaynah at Healthcare Central London.
I am currently going through ADHD medication titration, so my treatment is still ongoing and we are still working towards finding the medication and dose that works best for me.
Dr Balu has been very supportive throughout the process so far. He has listened carefully to my feedback about how the medication is affecting me and has made adjustments based on how I have responded. I particularly appreciate that I have been able to explain what I am experiencing and feel that this is taken into account when deciding what to try next.
Iqra and Zaynah have been absolutely brilliant. They have been kind, helpful and responsive whenever I have needed help with appointments, medication or getting information to Dr Balu. They have made what can be quite a stressful process much easier to navigate.
I still have some way to go with titration, so this isn't a review of the finished treatment. It is a review of the care and support I have received so far, which has been extremely positive.
Healthcare can sometimes feel very impersonal, so I think it is important to recognise people who genuinely make an effort to help.
A big thank you to Dr Balu, Iqra and Zaynah for your help and support so far. It is very much appreciated
