Ordered Sandpiper shoes through HCP
Ordered Sandpiper shoes through HCP , Returned them 0n 28th October and still have not received a refund. The return was via Sandpiper so they were contacted re a refund they passed me on to HCP who when contacted had passed it on somewhere else.
I am disabled and have to use orthotic leg braces or splints in my shoes which makes buying shoes very difficult. I am very disappointed with the service.

I had a time slot booked in between 14.47 to 16.47. I phoned the office up to make sure he was coming,as it was getting late. He was one postcode away. The office had a tracker and when they tried to phone him up he didn't answer. You could have had a decency to phone .Thank you Peter
