Employee, Dada Chinwe, greeted me at Health Solutions Northside location. She was friendly and very helpful and found what I was looking for quickly. Dada answered all of my questions. My visit was efficient and pleasant thanks to Dada.

Had an excellent experience at Healthcare Solutions (Northgate), can’t say enough about Tavayne’s service. Needless to say, Healthcare Solutions is very lucky to have an employee who cares so much on their team. With aging parents I will definitely be back & hopefully get to deal with her again.

I was at the Southside Healthcare Solution this afternoon looking for more information about walker, bath tube bench, supporting pole and bath room support bar.
I was very impressed with the services provided to me by WHITNEY, one of the ladies at Customer Services in the store. Whitney was very friendly, pleasant and patient. Most importantly she is very knowledgeable about the items I was looking for. She compared and explained different functions on different models of items I was looking for ..... from that I can tell she is not only knowledgeable but very experienced lady in what she is doing. After talking to her today, we have decided to go to see her again on Monday to place our order of the items we were looking for. Thanks again Whitney for your kind help and super services. Upon entering your north side store, about 4:00 pm, I was greeted by a friendly and pleasant employee, named Tabarak. She was very helpful and answered all my questions and more, regarding pressurized stockings. It was not the correct time to be measured for stockings and she suggested that I come back in the morning before 11:00 am. It was my first time visiting the store, and Tabarak made me feel comfortable and important as a customer.

I went to healthcare solutions looking for a wrist brace Aug. 23/22 and received assistance from Megan. She found the braces and I tried on 2 different ones. Megan stayed and helped me try them on until I made a decision and was satisfied with the product. Megan was very patient and helpful.

I went to healthcare solution at Northgate location to get a knee brace and Caressa one of the order desk clerk was very helpful and honest with what I was looking for. Nicest person I’ve met there. Very helpful so thank u.

I have to give this person a great review, her name is Athira. Excellent help, and very knowledgeable about the products and how to care for them. I would definitely advise this store and this nice person to my friends and family.

Went to get products at Health Solutions Edmonton Northgate. Chantal served me. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Explain how the products work and had a great sense of humour. Excellent person to deal with. Enjoyed the experience very much. Made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Bad products, bad customer service think twice before you buy from them, even if the product is defected they will not return your money, totally a rip off, I am filing a complain against them

Placed order with HS, paid online but they fail to ship items. Keep sending me mails that item out of stock and back-order. I don't understand why they announce item if they don't have stock. Very unreliable

Great selection of items at cheaper prices than local places, and there were sales and a surprising discount. The shipment arrived in 2 days! Which was half the time I expected, and it was nicely packaged. Loved the experience, will be looking through the catalog if needed in the future!
