Horrible Customer Service
JJ in customer service does NOT read questions that I am asking him and is giving me answers to things I didn't ask. He completely avoided answering my question and just cancelled my order without me saying I want to cancel my order. When I asked a follow up question, the answer he gave me didn't answer my question. Horrible customer service.
