Fantastic Customer Service from Ciara today.
I always have a good experience with Health Express with my weight loss medication orders.
Today I encountered technical problems and after several attempts eventually spoke to Ciara on the helpline. She kindly completed my order, which included quite a wordy statement, at her end, and submitted it.
Then, as Ciara knew I was quite anxious about it, she rang me back within a short period to let me know that the order had been approved, which I really appreciated.
Thank you to Ciara!
UPDATE, Friday - as promised Ciara kept an eye on tracking and further updated me along the way.

All my lunchtime was wasted by a pharmacy technician who spent 30 minutes trying to find out anything only to panic and declined my order.Avoid if you can.
