Thieves
Thieves. As others have noted, they are charging me $189 month for a recurring subscription that i did not authorize. Do not buy from anyone or anything associated with this company. You will get hosed. Doubtful I'll get my money back.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I ordered Natural Glycol Blood in May of 2025. Upon receiving it, I realized that it had juniper in it; I am highly allergic to juniper. I called the number on the bottle and spoke with a woman who said that they would cancel my order right then and to return the product to an address in Garden Grove CA. I returned the product on 7/3/25 and USPS says that it was delivered and picked up from a box as of 7/6/25. Since the return, I have received more medication, the same product and twice has my credit card been charged $189.99. My medical card has been closed and I have put in a non-fraud report on the other two charges. They are looking into it for me. The number on the bottle no longer works and healthgradesupplies.com is a scam from UT.
These buggers are a scam. I purchased some gummies for $39 and the next month, without my authorization, they sent more gummies and they billed me $189.99. I did not approve this charge.
I gave my roommate permission to use my credit card to order items from this company, The order she placed, $59.99, was herbs for weight loss and neuropathy--but that wasn't it what arrived. There was a second charge for items for $189.99 for items my roommate did not order and also has not arrived.
Neither the $59.99 nor $189.99 items ordered are enumerated on my charge account statement.
The shipping label return address/sender reads "Shipping Department FL, Client 24-001" and the phone number on my charge card statement is answered with "Customer Support", so it is unclear precisely with whom you are dealing.
This may be the first review at Trust Pilot, but in my search for contact info, there were a LOT of complaints about fraudulent charges and wrong items shipped.
No legitimate business would operate this way and expect to stay in business, though illegitimate ones might, just not not remaining at a location where Postal Inspectors could find them to prosecute for mail fraud!
