Great experience with Catherine Hart, RD

I have been working with Catherine Hart at Healthloft for several weeks. Catherine is highly empathic and really "gets it" when it comes to my health and emotional needs regarding food. She is also extremely knowledgeable about food and health in general. Despite the fact that I have had trouble enjoying healthy foods all my life, together we are working out a viable plan that really works for me. I'm even beginning to enjoy it. Each week we make modifications and additions, and a complete plan is unfolding, bit by bit. I feel very confident working with her and plan to continue with her for the longterm. She is very pleasant to speak to and I look forward to the session each week. I highly recommend both Healthloft and Catherine Hart!
