Very good company for gut health and…

Very good company for gut health and food intolerances, both of these things should be checked by everyone as it really is crazy how much it effects your life.

It is a little expensive but worth the money in my opinion

Very helpful and informative

Nina was very helpful before I decided which tests to order. I didn't want to spend a lot so she asked the team and they recommended the sibo test if I wanted to keep spend down. This is very honest as the advanced stool test is double the price.

I ended up going for the advanced stool test. It was very insightful and some of the advice was very helpful. I'm in the process of working through the advice and have found the digestive enzymes very helpful and effective. Will update this review when I have finished the herbal remedies.

The only words of warning I'd provide is the herbs can he very expensive, they are high quality, but just bear this in mind before you order the test.

Healthpath have been excellent

Healthpath have been excellent, great customer service, lots of free information and support but most of all affordable tests that have helped me to address health issues. Test results were sent back on time with advice on what to do next. I'd certainly recommend healthpath. Thank you.

I have had a very positive experience…

I have had a very positive experience in my dealings with Healthpath so far.
I have received detailed feedback from the results of my tests and a bespoke supplement plan was recommended and is a work in process for me.
I emailed questions regarding the plan and I was contacted by telephone which gave me the opportunity to provide additional information.
The company provides useful tips and videos promoting ways in which we can reach optimal health.
I would recommend this company if you are looking at alternative ways of improving your health.

Much improved with communication

I'll start by saying I did have an issue with Healthpath: one of my tests was left for 3 months without explanation; however, they were extremely apologetic and great at turning it around. I'm happy to give them the benefit of the doubt.

SIBO test

I brought the SIBO test but didn't take the first two samples correctly. I sent test back with a note saying what has happened and has test been compromised please call me. No one did call I phoned several times and didn't get a call back eventually I spoke to someone who said my test results had been processed, they would speak to a practitioner and call me back. I didnt get a call back. So I don't know if the negative SIBO result is reliable or not??? Then in my supplement suggestion they recommend a supplement to get rid of SIBO when they said i didn't have it? I'm going to try the supplements for the gut at cost of £165.00 i just hope it works and I'm not waisting my money. Wait and see..........

Great service

Very happy with my test results which identified some things I would never have worked out by myself. There was a slight mix-up on the supplements I ordered but the customer services team resolved it very quickly for me.

First off I think that given the price…

First off I think that given the price there should be a free 30min discussion of the results as part of the package.

However, the main issue is the fact that there is very little translation of the findings, what they mean in real terms and if they actually need to be monitored. Do I come away with a far better understanding of my gut biome and any lifestyle remediations I can take - no, have I got a bunch of data that, whilst interesting, doesn't give me a great deal - yes. Without that translation I am not incentivised to buy any supplements, and also without it, the whole process feels like a front for an expensive supplement/FODMAP diet business, esp as the actual tests go off to a 3rd party in Germany.

I followed the plan set out but haven’t…

I followed the plan set out but haven’t seen any change - they leave you to it after the tests and haven’t been able to offer advice for what to try next except an expensive apt with a specialist which I don’t want to do after paying for expensive tests and a treatment plan which unfortunately hasn’t solved anything.

Disappointed. They lost my results

Very disappointing experience, they lost my test results!!

Ordered a sibo test, two tests were delivered strangely, I followed instructions exactly, ate the right foods 24-48 hours before test, day of testing is long winded but persevered. If you haven’t done a sibo test before, it’s very strict diet in lead up to day of testing and then over the space of 3 hours you have to blow into a tube, with no food or drink prior.

I then paid extra to post my results back recorded delivery, as they say you’re likely to receive results faster.

All of this effort in the hope of finding answers I’ve been waiting years for and my results to be ‘lost’.

Originally the website said online sibo test results were done here in the uk and other tests sent to Germany. After trying to contact several times, as my tracked delivery said delivered a week previous to my attempting to contact them, I finally received a response, they said they’d changed laboratories and it was being handled in Germany now. Then it turned out my test was lost.

They were in the process of figuring out why this happened, I haven’t heard why. This is over a month ago now, yes I got a refund but I would have rather had test results. It was a lot of hassle and stress with following the guide and doing the test to be no further forward. Disappointing. I hope nobody else experiences this.

I believe that this is one of those occasions. Healthpath is traditionally proud of delivering a seamless service but it does seem that on this occasion we have very much failed.

I am very sorry. I personally understand the anxiety of living with unexplained symptoms on a daily basis for years whilst seeking answers. And I understand that you hoped Healthpath would be able to provide you with some support and long hoped for solutions.

On this occasion we have not been able to do this for you, however we are very keen to make up for the loss of your test.

I have been very impressed with Healthpath. I ordered a SIBO test from them and received very clear instructions about how to perform the test. They got results back to me quickly and provided very detailed information about next steps and how I could manage my symptoms.

This company from the very start to…

This company from the very start to where I am now have been excellent, the first phone call then my stool sample and then results, followed by a simple protocol on how and when to take my supplements and my meal plan over next few months, regular emails with helpful advice, I could go on and on. U get a strong feeling that they really do want ur issues to get better, or go away if possible. I genuinely can't recommend them enough. money very well spent, ur gut is so very important for ur overall health, and wish I'd of done this years ago.

For years I have suffered from silent reflux, Gerd, food intolerances and stomach pains. I have been given the wrong diagnosis. I am so pleased I found Healthpath.
