Outstanding Agent

The agent i talked with answered all my questions and made it a smooth transition to find everything I was looking for in an Advantage Plan. Spent plenty of time on the phone to address all my questions and concerns. Pleasant to talk with, very knowledgeable of subject matter. A+++++++

HealthPilot made choosing a new plan easy

I was not happy with the plan I was on. I discovered that I could change plans one time until March 31st. I saw HealthPilot online and decided to try it. I am SO glad I did. I answered the questions about my preferences and they cut through all the confusion and showed me the plans that fit my needs. It allowed me to compare the plans side-by-side and made a dreaded and confusing task easy. I'm so happy I found them! Thank you for making this so much easier and less stressful!

Staff

Staff: Tim and Grace were very helpful, not pushing, patient to explain, and different vs multiple agencies I spoke with. Especially, Tim Davis who I appreciate the style and knowledge.
Application: I had to reload a few times to make "Finish Application" active. Maybe something to look into?
Recommendations: I would suggest to make a digital format to enter SS# during the completion of application via the phone to avoid pressure on Staff that they know my SS number. I had a few fraud issues in the past so maybe more sensitive to this matter. Apologies.
Service: I had great experience. Timely follow up, clear v-mails and e-mails.

Easy and professional..

The website was very easy to navigate and compare plans. I was switching Medicare Advantage plans and had some quick questions which the agent (Grace) was able to quickly and professionally help me with. She was also able to help me through the finishing process to get the applications submitted.
