The process is easy but I gave it a 4…

The process is easy but I gave it a 4 because I was almost to the end and it went poof. I was finally able to retrieve it and finish it. All and all it was a simple and informative process.

The website is easy to understand and…

The website is easy to understand and navigate. Medicare.gov is confusing and I couldn't find all the information I was looking for. The agent that I spoke with was very helpful in answering the questions that I had. I will definitely recommend this site to others.

Efficient system that filtered out the best matches for me.

The website was easy to navigate and obtain the information I needed regarding my medications and medical providers. The "live chat" communication system helped me understand a few questions that I had and all customer service reps were friendly and eager to help assist me.
