I sent an enquiry request through late on Wednesday evening and early Thursday had a call from Ashley. She explained that her company are brokers so she was able to find me a policy that was much better than the one I had found when I'd searched direct with another well known company. After my initial website enquiry, I very quickly received a call from Ashley. I initially thought that this was a way to "pressure" the enquirer, however, I couldn't have been more wrong.
