Website is not the most stable. The discount code they advertised on their banner would show “expired” whenever I would place it in the field. Also, my old address kept popping up when I would go to check out. I edited it to add my new address, but every time I went back to the order, the old address would appear again. Very frustrating.

First time user. I found my ostomy item quickly. All information I needed was right there. The price was reasonable and I ordered what I needed. However upon checking out with a credit card, my Norton wouldn't allow it. The site is blacklisted as a security risk. Obviously this is not encouraging for reordering. I was able to pay thru PayPal. But don't know about using this site again.

Have not received even a confirmation Email, yet they have already pulled the money out of my account. Went to their website and clicked track order nothing but a blank page.
