They didn't send the item and upon request they sent an empty envelope just to send the ebay system into a loophole. They are scammers.
This bunch is the same company (same physical address) as Health Monthly. Dreadful company, happy to take your money then no products arrive, no refunds, no response to emails, no phone number to call them on. Stay away!
