An excellent product.
I've been trying to filter out some of my 'negative' coping strategies and have been taking a dose of Healthy Metal around the same time each evening. The flavour is incredible and I like it in ice cold water. Best thing tho? It's helped me be a more up and at em kinda person in the mornings. Pretty impressive

Not sure whether my sleep has changed/improved. I still wake in the night but a really relaxing tasty drink just before bed. Great way to wind down the evening.

I purchased the trial pack for my partner and I a little while back and we we're both surprised at how effective it was.

Roll on two months and finances being abit better, I got us two of the 30 day packs, and same good results! I'm not waking up far too early, and my evergy levels are steadier through out the day, and more alert in the mornings.
I'm not going to say it'll work for everyone, but its worth a go.

I suffer from Hashimoto’s. I had fidgety legs and didn’t sleep very well. Since starting Healthy Metal Magnesium, my legs are somewhat better & I sleep better too! I am on a Facebook page for Hashimoto’s & have told people how good it is. The taste is ok, would be nice if it was tastier, but it does the job & I am happy with it.

I really love this magnesium supplement. It has has helped me sleep more restfully and with less vivid and intense dreams.

It’s really tasty - I don’t like artificial tastes and just find this super zesty and refreshing.

Fantastic product..
I bought this for my husband to try and see if it helped him sleep better at night, he is still struggling from severe fatigue after chemotherapy even after 10 years clear of cancer.
The thought process was if he could sleep through the night he wouldn’t be so tired through the day, and it’s working 1st time he took it he slept right through no waking up every hour and felt refreshed in the morning he’s been taking it now for 2 weeks every night and apart from the odd night of disturbed sleep it’s helping him so much.
Still gets a bit tired through the day but not nearly as bad as it was.
I’m now going to try it as being a woman of a certain age I’m suffering from insomnia, so fingers crossed it works for me as it has for him.

I like this product because I find it helps me to sleep and relax it has a great taste and I think it helps with my muscles at night as i get a lot of cramps good quick delivery of orders

Great product. This really works however I have found the 2 sachets work better for me which makes it quite expensive. Quick delivery

Originally ordered a 5 day free trial pack for my husband who is a very poor sleeper. The improvement in his sleep was noticeable so at the end of the trial I ordered him a subscription. He’s now on the 2nd week of his subscription and his sleep quality continues to improve. I highly recommend this product.

I’ve been taking this for just over a month and I sleep so much better. It’s more than that though. I relax before sleep too. I find it best to make it a good half hour before I drink it and it goes completely clear and not gritty. I’ve recommended to four friends who are all having the same positive experience. I still wake in the night but I go back to sleep quickly instead of the usual 3am anxiety.

Might as well take bowel prep. Terrible stomach cramps, dreadful nausea, violent crippling diarrhoea. So much for better sleep and reduced fatigue, I was up at 5am clutching a bowl while perched on the loo. And I paid out for the 12 day trial. Strange they don't mention the possible side effects

I was excited to try this as social media was singing its praises. I found the customer service good but delivery times were slightly longer than I expected. Once it arrived I found the taste ok but wouldn’t say it was delicious no matter how much I watered it down, but I stopped taking it after about 4 days even though I bought the 5 day and the 7 day trial together because every morning I woke with a bad headache ( I never get headaches). I did find my sleep much better but not willing to put up with morning headaches just to sleep well so stopped taking it. Really sorry but it’s not for me.

Healthy metal has definitley improved my sleep, from chronic life altering insomnia, I can get to sleep and fall back to sleep much better. My periods are also more comfortable and moods more even. I do find it a little sour sometimes and need to adjust, add honey etc. I also find it can make me feel nauseous so sometimes I go down to half doses for a while and make sure I take it with some food.

Early days and no massive changes but i didn't expect them to be honest HOWEVER, if my Oura ring is anything to go by then improvements in my metrics, sleep, less stress etc may mean there is a real benefit. I love the taste and have 3 months supply so time will truly tell.

At first I saw the ad for healthy metal and thought

The healthy metal is so much better than the magnesium I was previously taking.
It has a lovely flavour and it's like a little treat before bed!
Customer service is excellent!

I personally did not notice any improvement in my sleep, I got the 12 pack trial and after about 5 days I noticed how calm I was and my tendency to overthink everything was really reduced. I take magnesium threonate as part of my Vit D routine so I will probably alternate with healthy metal

Sorry, but a week or so in, and I'm not enjoying this at all. I signed up for the free 5-day trial + 7 days + 30 days (up-sells are enticing... ). My sleep has been disturbed by too vivid dreams (even worse than before), and if a deeper state of REM is causing this, I'd rather wake up! I hate the over-sweet taste (no matter how much I dilute it), and the citric element feels that it's affecting the enamel on my teeth. I have binned the remainder - an expensive leap of faith. Sadly, not for me at all. But good luck to all who it helps. I'll stick to my usual magnesium capsules.

Great service and quick delivery. The sachets are absolutely delicious; very refreshing. I always sleep after a Healthy Metal drink, however it does give me THE most weird and vivid dreams/nightmares. Because of this, I only have a couple of sachets a week (when I definitely need sleep), not every night.
