Great customer service

Customer service at HealthySprout goes above and beyond. I got a call the same day to make sure that I understood the status of the product combination I ordered. With the extra information, I asked them to modify the order so I could get the ac sooner (COVID is really doing a number on supply chains). They graciously modified the order and I got it sooner than I expected. I've only got 1 of the 2 air handlers installed right now, but it works great!

Due to issues beyond anyone's control I received my order before expected. Very appreciated. Shipping company deserves a compliment also, pallet arrived with no damage. Last 3 orders FROM OTHER COMPANIES we're damaged and missing parts. Keep up the good service HS!

Dear Maria, we try our best to satisfy all our customers despite having difficulties with freight companies and inventory during this difficult time (COVID-19).

Now I think you should question yourself on who is dishonest here:

Your order was already shipped and while it was in transit you decided to cancel your order, we had to pay $250 to bring it back to our warehouse and we didn’t charge you anything, furthermore you got a full refund within hours.

Tried ordering a mr cool unit in late May got back ordered then back ordered again to maybe late July. Apparently you all don't have your stuff together. I canceled an almost $3000.00 order. You may not want to sell what you don't have in stock ready to be shipped it's a bad look. The only positive part was getting my money back fast. Wouldn't waste my time with your company again. Thanks for nothing

Anyway, I’m sorry you’re disappointed but we don’t have any control on the freight companies and when exactly they will be able to deliver us all the machines due to the Covid-19 situation. It’s too bad that you canceled your order because we got them back in stock just last week and they were sold out just today. If you would have kept your order on backorder you would have already gotten it. Have a good one.
