ive waited about 3 weeks for this.its in the states so delivery is a bit slow.
but the key ring itself is beautiful comes with a lovely box.
im so pleased with it.its going to be a lovely gift.

Have been waiting for over 5 weeks now and my goods have not arrived. They have no idea where they are other than with the carrier. I have made a dispute with PayPal and am corresponding with them through that as they did not reply to my email directly to them. I have asked for a refund because they haven’t supplied the goods to which all they keep saying is they cannot cancel the order as it has been dispatched.
They directed me to a website to track the order and it says cannot find! They still refuse to refund.

Products are rubbish. They are not as discribed they are poor quality and not the sizes they say they are. Customer services is a complete sham wanting to give you £5 compensation for a £54 order and then telling you to return the goods to China when the email address etc is for the UK. I've reported to Paypal

Very disappointed to be charged the wrong amount from my order. Very suspicious and have emailed to cancel order within minutes of noticing. Be interesting to see if they carry out my request.

Update: I have now received the items and a refund of the overcharge

They charge you more than your shopping basket. Luckily I used a virtual card with limited amount, so it didn't work on my case.

This company invoiced me one amount but then took extra money from my credit card. I haven't received my goods yet.
Be careful. I would not use this company going forward.

I placed my order and was charged an additional £5 without my consent as it was not shown on the total price at checkout. Then I received my order 3weeks later but have been unable to contact the vendor to return my order. The jeans I order were poor quality, too short and looked nothing like they did on the website. The telephone number on the website is a recorded message which promises to send an email and text message which I have not received. I have messaged on the message service on the website but no one has responded and emailed several times to no avail. DO NOT ORDER.
After 4 days of waiting for the company to respond to me, I received this response- their returns policy -
Dear Customer, We're sorry that you're not satisfied with the package you received. According to our company's return policy, we can refund you, but there are two conditions. 1. You need to return the original package, please send the tracking number and the picture of your returned package (show the return address) 2. Once we received the package and checked if the product is in good condition, we will refund you as soon as possible. You can return to the address: 205, Building A1, Bada Industrial Zone, Yongfu Road, Fuhai Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China. Since the return requires you to bear the high freight, would you like to keep the product? We can compensate you 5GBP .Please advise. Thank you!
So they want to keep just under £40 and leave me clothing of poor quality that did not fit the description or image online and I’ll never wear.
This is illegal under the consumer rights act!!! According to their website they are based in Wales so why are they asking me to return goods to China??? Absolutely appalled!!

Ordered the colour changing make up. Overcharged but difference was refunded. They seem to do this often and obviously hope you won’t notice. Make up isn’t even a decent quality moisturiser and there is definitely no coverage of colour change. Complete scam. Avoid at all costs. I can’t believe I was sucked in

Could buy a better moisturiser for £1. I ordered the foundation.. and .. well… it’s not a foundation. Not been a particularly nice moisturiser.

I bought Magnetic Chess from Healthy Trips after seeing an ad on facebook. I ordered 4 at a reduce price of £33 or so.
I was overcharged back up to the original price but received a refund immediately on emailing a complaint.
The items arrived two weeks after placing the order, which isn’t bad considering it had to cross the Atlantic Ocean from the USA to the UK.
The packaging was robust and the contents survived the journey, arriving in excellent condition.
I have no hesitation in recommending Health Trips as a trustworthy business.

Recent purchase online of £9.99 bit was charged £17.14 with no explanation as to why. AVOID!!!!! Disgusted

A COMPLETE SCAM!! This is not colour changing, it's just bog standard (not even good quality) moisturiser!! Wouldn't be surprised if it isn't SPF 15 either!! I tried to cancel after 5 minutes of purchase having read the reviews, but they said no it had been posted! LIARS!!! COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Overcharging seems to be a common thread, When I first placed the order for a iPhone screen cover it was for £12.22 and they charged me £15.28 – the difference was refunded a few days later but the item was 100% faulty, the instructions were hopeless and each set they sent me was different. Eventually they offered me £3 compensation and said I could keep it! It is totally useless a waste of money so I will be claiming it back from my credit card.
They are an absolute shower don’t waste your money.

i ordered the hairdresser key ring as a birthday gift,payment taken out on 7/10 and am still waiting for te goods to arrive

It's supposed to change colour according to your skin tone - no change whatsoever, just ended up with white cream on my face.

Avoid. I received no confirmation, but they have debited my account. I emailed them, and in fairness, they emailed back but with no information on where the order is or when I can expect to receive it. I asked for a refund, but they said they wouldn't give me one as the goods are in transit, but they can't supply any information about delivery!!

Received my Eelhoe colour changing foundation cream from Healthy-Trips. What a scam!!!! It was just two very small bottles of a factor 15 (apparently) moisturiser. Absolutely no colour change took place.. it was a complete waste of money….which cost me £16.78… no free postage as promised. I tried to cancel 1 minute after purchasing but was told it had already been posted so I couldn’t… yeah right! Absolute scammers.. avoid this company like the plague!!
