Excellent customer service

There was a misunderstanding over an order I made and I was quick to post comments criticising the company. They resolved the matter incredibly quickly and I am now embarrassed and apologise. Their customer service is excellent.

Friendly

Friendly, helpful and efficient. Becca went to great lengths to resolve the problem with delivery of my order - I was rather distressed by the problem but she not only understood, she sorted the problem really well. Thank you. A credit to the company.

Short on capsules . Loved this company and I’m not one for…

Loved this company and I’m not one for leaving bad reviews. For some reason I counted the capsules that I ordered . I many times counted 56. The pack stated 60 . I know it’s only a few but I’m not looking to count them on further orders so I won’t be purchasing again. I did email healthy yeti but no response.
I expect a minimum of getting what I ordered.
I’ve since had a response with a part refund. Happy with the resolution. I’ll consider weather I try them again

Looking at the emails, our team did successfully respond within that timeframe although granted it was towards the end of the two days - so apologies that it wasn't sooner in your case as I appreciate that a quick response in these cases is helpful.

Regarding the capsules, this is rare and we are very sorry that it happened here. Feedback has already been made to our production team to look into this and prevent it from happening in future because it's not okay for the capsule count to be short.

I hope we've resolved the situation over email with you. Rest assured, we respond to every customer enquiry and although we may not be perfect, we take these matters very seriously and will always ensure that mistakes are put right.

Great service by Healthy Yeti. I had an issue with the delivery address, which was quickly responded to with a friendly reply and all has been resolved. They even sent me a link to edit my subscription to suit my needs. So nice to deal with actual people rather than automated replies. Overall a very helpful company!

A company you can trust.

I ordered 3 packs of Omega-3 capsules last week. When they arrived I opened one pack and found 2 capsules had burst. I wrote to the company on Saturday and received a response from Becca on Sunday. She was very apologetic and said they would send a replacement pack. The replacement has just arrived (Wednesday). It's often said and very true: your view of a company is shaped by how they deal with problems. Well done Healthy-Yeti!

Excellent alternative to caffeine, and great taste!

I love coffee but I am very sensitive to caffeine. Mushroom coffee has become a great alterntive as it gives me a boost 8n the morning wothout driving me mad. The flavor is also very nice. I have it some oatmilk and I finf it very pleasant to the palate, bit like a flat white in fact. Fully recommended

The mushroom coffee tastes pretty good and I definitely don't feel the dip like after a standard coffee. The extra effort gone into more eco-friendly packaging is also appreciated.

Efficient customer service

I ordered omega 3 vegan tablets. The delivery took very long. I emailed them and they replied back immediately. They also issued %25 refund as delivery took more than 5 days. This is definitely excellent customer service. Hoping to get excellent results with my supplement as well!

My digestive system gets Wind/Bloating for some reason

I realise we Humans are all different but After only taking one capsule a day of Omega 3 Softgels for 4 days I am getting Wind and discomfort each day. I eat very healthily and prefer gluten Free and non-dairy and my digestive system has always been very comfortable until now. Is there any reason for Wind/Bloating?

It can take a little bit of time to adjust so hopefully after a couple of weeks it will be better.
In general, as our softgels are 100% plant-based, they tend to be more gentle on the stomach (especially compared to fish oil). But you're right in that each person is different and it's important that things work for your individual needs!

These have been one of the worst things…

These have been one of the worst things I have got, they basically can't help me tobsleep, I sweat a lot, they give me a dry mouth, dry eyes. Just what diphehydramine does, not sure if its because I have coeliac disease. But they didn't help at all. They made me feel pukey too, never again
