Easy Booking experience online. Needed ear wax removal as requested by Doctor. Competitive at £60 for both ears. Went to Loughborough office and saw Maria.
She informed my ears were clear and didnt need procedure. My £60 returned ultra quick without fuss. I would definitely use there service again if required.

invitation to an Open Day con
I received an invitation to an Open Day at a hotel on 20th Jan 2023. I do not know how they got my details.
They promised the following
a chance to discover how the technology worked
a practical demonstration of hearing technology
opportunity to see inside my ear with video otoscopy.
None of these happened.
What I got was:
hearing test
price for a battery hearing aid
price for a rechargeable aid
price for a aid more suitable for Tinnitus
I was given no manufacture or model details and informed that the prices was for the Open Day only. No details of why these prices were special.
I rejected the offer and insisted that the prices would be available for 14 days. They reluctantly agreed. I then requested a quote which was met with silence.
These marketing methods are on a par with a bad timeshare company and I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company
