Where do I Start? This is a phenomenal product. First of all, I love the taste it is fantastic! Vanilla and Chocolate are both very creamy, tasty blends and I honestly cannot decide between either. I have tried numerous other brands and nothing compares! I have seen instant results in the last 10 days I've been using The Man Shake. I have lost a whopping 3kg! All with the use of a low carb diet and minimal excercise! I feel healthier, happier and more like me. This stuff keeps you powering at work and doesn't have you bloated and sick. I personally mix it with water and a dash of milk just to ease my mind a little and its nothing but quality. I cannot believe it, I am a true supporter of this stuff. Don't waste your hard earned money on other brands, spend less and get more with The Healthy Man! 25/10 √√√

I used to be a breakfast skipper, and then often get so busy at work I'd forget to have lunch as well. Since starting The Healthy Man shakes I'll have one for breakfast and lunch. The are quick and easy to make and ensure i don't skip a meal. I find i am more alert and productive, and don't have an afternoon slump anymore, which is also helped by the Supergreens powder I've recently started. I have definitely reduced my overeating at night and my pants are starting to fall off me now!

The service from day 1 has been fantastic. I have tried shakes in the past and always left feeling hungry and would stray from my plan. With the healthy man I stay full and focused. The taste is great and its so simple to follow. All for a fraction of the cost meals would cost me! I am definetly committed to the healthy man!

Hello there Ive been on this product for 3 weeks now and I'm finding it great. Awesome taste good consistentcy and it keeps me going till at least lunch time. I recommend this to anyone.

Great shake - easy to drink and fast delivery

I posted a few weeks back, but now that I’ve finished my 6 week challenge with The Healthy Man shake for 2 replacement meals per day I’m glad I did it. I’ve lost the 3 kilos I set out to achieve and this will now be a regular part of my diet.
I’m feeling great and looking good, and this shake has been a major part of the outcome.
It has revitalised my exercise program and at 36 years of age I can see this helping for many years to come.

Good delivery time, shakes taste pretty good 2.6kg in one week sure that rate will drop off but happy so far.

Great product with an enjoyable taste. Weight loss so far has been as expected and hopefully I'll be back to my nominal weight in a few months. Here's hoping!...

Have tried some shocking products in the past but this product lives up to the hype and I am glad the wife got me onto it

Saw some good reviews and decided to buy a tub of the vanilla and chocolate. Really happy with the product and service. I am back at the gym after COVID and focussing on my health and pleased to have found a shake that helps my energy too
