We love the quality of the nuts, dried fruit and sundries that you can supply. We often order Biona rye bread too as this can be difficult to get elsewhere. Delivery is always secure and fairly swift and our goods arrived well packaged

your product was super. problem was DHL delivered it to the wrong address and were subsequentially impossible to contact. And showed little interest in my plight.

I like their products but the problem is that they don't package them properly, so they arrive damaged. I recently had a box with damaged packets of corn flour spilling all over the box. When I bought some tinned products in my most recent order I was hoping they would package them a bit better, but they didn't, and several of the tins were badly dented. When I sent them an email about the damage they replied by saying they would change the delivery company for future orders. This wouldn't make any difference as the problem is the lack of packaging material in the box.

My product was delivered very quickly and I was able to track the parcel online easily.

First they sent me the wrong items, then they tell me it was a mistake… then they send me the same wrong items again!
Spanish paprika is NOT THE SAME PRODUCT AS HUNGARIAN PAPRIKA!!!
….Furthermore, Hungarian paprika is fundamentally a different (and vastly superior) product, it is not just the same product from a different country as you are trying to suggest below, it is made differently from a different plant!

I've only bought organic chocolate from Healthy Supplies so far, but I know I'm going to be one of their best customers because everything on their website looks delicious. My favourite chocolate flavour is Sea Salt and Caramel and, when I recently ran out and was about to go into hospital, an email to customer services got a supply to me in double quick time. On this basis, I can't speak too highly of Healthy Supplies' products, as well as their great service

I went on to Healthy Supplies today and while searching the website I realized that they sell Israeli products. How anyone can continue to sell, and buy, these products and still call themselves "human" is beyond me.
I cancelled my order and found a better shop.

Amazing, shop, I’m just gutted I didn’t discover it before now. A fabulous selection of organic products at very competitive prices. I love the fact it gives the BB dates online so you can buy with confidence. Bought seeds and flour which made the most delicious loaf of bread. Excited to make my next order.
